Oklahoma Mugshot Public Records
Oklahoma does not provide, in the sources reviewed, a separate statewide mugshot takedown law for Sequoyah County booking photos. Access is handled through the Oklahoma Open Records Act and law-enforcement-record rules. Under 51 O.S. §§ 24A.1-24A.30, public bodies must provide access to public records unless an exemption applies. The law-enforcement records rule, 51 O.S. § 24A.8, requires agencies to make certain arrest-related records available for public inspection if those records are kept.

Sequoyah County Mugshot Removal
Removal questions should start with the court and agency record, not with unofficial republishing. OSBI explains that a Section 18 expungement can expunge an entire arrest record, while a 991(c) deferred-sentence disposition changes the disposition after completion but does not remove the arrest record itself. OSBI also lists a $150 arrest-record processing fee for expungement processing. A court order is the document that gives an agency a basis to seal, expunge, or restrict access to eligible records.
Sequoyah County did not publish a stand-alone booking-photo removal process in the reviewed sheriff material. If a case is dismissed, sealed, or expunged, the practical route is to get the court order, confirm the case status with the Court Clerk, and contact the originating agency that holds the jail record.
